Exchange and Return Policy

  • Exchange and Return policy according to consumer protection law no. 8 from law no.67 for year 2008.
     

Return Conditions:

  •  If found any manufacturing defects or not incompliance with the original specifications.
  • The availability of the original purchase invoice.
  • The return must only be within a maximum of 14 days from purchase date.
     

Exchange Conditions:​

  • 1- The product has to be in original condition, sealed and box unopened.
  • 2- The availability of the original invoice purchase invoice.
  • 3- The exchange must only be within maximum of 14 days from the purchase date.
  • 4- Exchange should be with the same value or higher.
  • 5- All exchange must to be shipped under customer responsibility; customer is responsible for any return or exchange.
